I'M A RUNNER

As a runner, what services and transportation options does the organization offer me?

Outside of my running hours

From Wednesday 7th to Sunday 11th you have the VDA-Bus to move around most of the towns in the Valley. Check later on the situation of the bus stops and their schedules.
Only accessible with the VDA-Pass (information at a later date). Unlimited rides.

To go to the start of the different races

To reach the start of the CDH in Les and the PDA in Beret, since these races are not circular, the organization has arranged free buses for runners from all VDA-Bus stops.

This service is free for CDH and PDA runners. Attention! In any case, you must reserve your seat on the bus in your Runner’s Space from May onwards.

There is no specific service to go to the VDA start line in Vielha. To get to the start line from anywhere in the Valley, you can use the bus line (VDA-Bus) that the organization provides on those days. Attention! To use this service you must previously purchase the VDA-Pas in your Runner’s Space from the month of May.

To reach the start of the Sky in Beret you must purchase the special ticket SkyTicket, which also includes your return once you finish your race. Attention! You must also reserve your place in your Runner’s Space from the month of May.

During the race

If you withdraw from the race at a provisioning point with a stop on the VDA-Bus line, you can take the buses for your return to Vielha or to any of the other stops.
If there is no bus stop at the provisioning point, the organization will take you to the nearest stop or to Vielha. Free to all runners with your bib number and the identification bracelet.

I'M A SUPPORTER

As a supporter, what services and transportation options does the organization offer me?

Check later on the situation of the stops and their schedules.

To keep track of runners in aid stations

To be able to follow your runners in a comfortable way you have the following combination:
– The VDA-Bus that runs through most of the aid stations. Included in the VDA-Pass.
– VDA “Mountain shuttles”, included in the VDA-Pass, to access Av. Artiga de Lin, Av. Banhs de Tredòs, Av. Ressèc.

Accompany my runner to the start line

CDH, PDA and Sky: If you want to go on the same bus with the race participant to the start lines in Les or Beret, your runner must make the reservation of your seat in the Runner’s Space at the same time that she/he makes her/his reservation.

Included in the VDA-Pass. To be able to get on the runner buses you must have the VDA-Pass, and thus you can also return and do an unlimited tracking of the runner.

Only accessible with the VDA-Pass. To get into the bus runners, you should buy previously the VDA-Pass, which includes the round trip from the start lines, and unlimited rides to keep track of your runner.

VDA Mountain Shuttles

“VDA Mountain Shuttles” to aid stations connected to VDA-Bus stops

These shuttles will connect the regular line (VDA Bus-intervalley) with the following aid stations: Artiga de Lin (VDA), Banhs de Tredòs (VDA, CDH and PDA) and Ressèc (VDA, CDH and PDA).

Attention! This special line will be the only way to access Artiga de Lin (VDA) provisioning point Friday afternoon, since the access to Es Bordes will be closed to private traffic. (Check the map for stops and frequencies).

At Banhs de Tredòs aid station and Ressèc life base, the capacity of the car parks is limited. Please, help us speed up traffic. For safety, use the shuttles enabled by the organization from Arties because, once the car parks are full, we can close or regulate the entrance punctually and the access will be only by these shuttles.

You can check the timetable in the Val d’Aran by UTMB® APP and in “How to arrive”  tab in our website.

And remember! Access to the shuttles is free with the VDA-Pass. Tickets will not be sold per journey.
