World Long Distance Mountain Running Series
The UTWT circuit was born in 2014 from the inspiration of UTMB® Mont-Blanc and other important races. It is recognised as the largest long-distance (off-road) racing circuit, with distances of 100 kms or more. In 2019, it brought together 28 major races organised in some of the most emblematic locations on all continents. Although different, UTWT races share common values – ethics, equality in sport, self-respect, respect for others and, of course, the environment.
All the races are independent, with their own characteristics and strongly rooted in the territory where they are held. Participating in any of them is an opportunity for anyone who wants to enjoy the diversity of routes, discover new cultures and experience strong sporting emotions.
